Print Labs – Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

Custom-Made Products

As all Print Labs products are custom-made using the artwork, text, colours and options selected by the customer, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect garment size selected by the customer
• Incorrect garment colour selected by the customer
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Spelling or grammatical errors approved by the customer
• Artwork positioning, sizing or colours approved by the customer
• Low-resolution, blurry or poor-quality artwork uploaded by the customer
• Orders where the customer has approved the final design through our online design preview before completing payment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved your design, garment selection, sizes and order details.

Manufacturing Errors

If Print Labs makes an error during production that results in your order being significantly different from the approved design, we will, at our discretion:

• Replace the affected product
• Reprint the affected product
• Provide a refund where appropriate

Examples include:

• Printing the wrong design
• Printing the wrong garment colour
• Printing the wrong garment size
• Missing or incorrect printing caused by Print Labs
• Manufacturing defects directly related to our production process

Faulty Products

If your product arrives faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the defect

Products must not be worn, washed or altered before they are assessed.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the nature of the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has commenced. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled as they are manufactured specifically for you.
