Print Labs – Terms & Conditions

1. Custom Products

All products sold by Print Labs are custom-made to the customer’s specifications. Each order is produced individually using the artwork, text, colours and options selected by the customer. Because products are made specifically for each order, they cannot be resold or reused.

2. Artwork Approval

Print Labs provides an online design platform that enables customers to upload artwork and preview their customised product before placing an order. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing their design before completing their purchase, including artwork quality, spelling, colours, placement, garment style, garment size and quantities. By completing checkout and making payment, the customer confirms the design is correct and authorises Print Labs to commence production. Payment constitutes final artwork approval. Once payment has been received, artwork, text, colours, garment details and quantities cannot be changed, and orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Print Labs is not responsible for errors visible in the online preview that were approved by the customer.

3. Customer Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded artwork is suitable for printing. Print Labs is not responsible for low-resolution, blurry, pixelated or otherwise poor-quality artwork supplied by the customer and does not edit artwork unless agreed in writing.

4. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Customers warrant they own or have permission to use all uploaded artwork and indemnify Print Labs against copyright or trademark claims.

5. Colours

Printed colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to screen settings, garment materials and printing processes. Minor variations are not defects.

6. Garment Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment sizes. Manufacturer size charts are guides only.

7. Payment

Full payment is required before production commences.

8. Production & Shipping

Standard production time for custom orders is approximately 7–10 business days after payment has been received and your order has been confirmed. Once dispatched, standard shipping within Australia generally takes 2–7 business days. All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, supplier availability, courier delays, public holidays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Print Labs is not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

As products are custom-made, Print Labs does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizes selected by the customer, approved artwork, approved spelling or design errors, or customer-supplied artwork quality. This does not limit rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Faulty products or products not matching the order may be repaired, replaced or refunded where required by law.

10. Manufacturing Defects

Notify Print Labs within seven (7) days of receiving your order with photos of any manufacturing defect. Items should not be worn, washed or altered before assessment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected product.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Acceptance

By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and that payment constitutes final approval of the artwork shown in the online preview.
